We investigated associations between blood groups and COVID‐19 infection in UK Biobank participants, a prospective population‐based study that, between 2006 and 2010, enrolled 502,620 people aged 38–73 years in the United Kingdom. All participants gave written informed consent for their data to be used for research purposes, which was also approved by an ethics committee.
