This report summarises a pilot study for a sensory food education activity. The purpose of this activity was to encourage adults who self-identified as neurodiverse to explore and try new and healthy foods. This pilot explored whether using all five senses in the food tasting experience made participants more positive about the idea of trying, eating, and enjoying new and healthy foods.
