We thank Mark Hodkinson for his encouraging comments regarding our recently published modified Delphi study and we agree that the output will help to expand the evidence base underlying prehospital critical care delivery.


We would like to respond to the points raised within the letter. The author rightly notes that a considerably lower proportion of paramedics participated than doctors.
