The past decade has seen a significant increase in aging research,  driven by scientific breakthroughs and the need created by a growing  global aging population. Clinical trials have made remarkable progress  in providing insights into the underlying mechanisms of aging and  exploring new treatments. However, it is crucial to recognize that human  aging is a complex phenomenon that involves an intricate interplay of  biological, social, cultural, and environmental factors.
