This study examines the operation of Employment Tribunals in Britain pre- and post-pandemic. The overarching hypothesis is that the experience is a negative and disempowering for the majority of workers. A selection of senior experts with great experience of Employment Tribunals was interviewed at a time when significant legislative changes to Employment Tribunals’ operation were passed after 2012 and the study continues exploring the same issues after the pandemic.
